Freeze Dried Coconut with mango (4x100g)
Our Freeze Dried Coconut is made of natural RAW COCONUT MEAT (pulp), an amazing Super Food that can be preserved with our proprietary freeze drying technology.
The coconut meat is mixed with mango pulpe while still fresh. Then the flavoured coconut mass has been frozen and then freeze-dry it to create an ingredient with tropical taste and all the nutrients and flavors of coconut and mango.
Furthermore, our coconut preserves ALL the amazing oils of coconut meat without the use of heat! So it is considered truly RAW.
Compared to the fresh coconut meat, our product has a 1:1 yield, so what we did as a great innovation was to change the presentation from paste to powder.
