Guacamole is an avocado paste that is obtained by mashing together avocados, lime juice, a little bit of salt and some more spices. The paste can be afterwards used in salads, burgers, sandwiches, as a snack, and in many ways more. It is delicious, with a pleasant texture, with a neutral aroma and it's has a pretty big "power bank" of nutrients.
The only problem with guacamole is that it depends on the availability of avocados throughout the year. Sometimes you might not be able to find ripe and suitable avocados on the market.
To overcome the periods where avocados are missing from the shelves an innovative process of obtaining a guacamole powder by freeze-drying the paste has been developed. Freeze-dried guacamole powder preserves all the nutrients and vitamins and is a great addition to your diet!
